About Parents Encouraging Parents (PEP)

Parents Encouraging Parents (PEP) is an organization dedicated to providing disability conferences that are focused on shared commonalities, rather than individual diagnoses. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where parents of children with disabilities can come together to learn, support each other, and find comfort in knowing that they are not alone in their journey. We strive to empower parents with the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to advocate for their children’s rights and the services they need to have a successful, fulfilling life. Our highly trained professionals are committed to providing guidance, resources, and support to families, schools, and communities involved in supporting individuals with disabilities. We are committed to providing an inclusive approach that recognizes the strengths and needs of all individuals with disabilities, and we strive to make sure that every family has access to the resources needed to reach their greatest potential.
