About Inner Fokus

At Inner Fōkus, we recognize that heritage, culture, and environment can shape who we are. Our name is a reminder to break from current patterns and try new things. We take a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on looking within to identify and move beyond challenges. Inner Fōkus is about looking at ourselves as individuals, members of a family or other group, and our behaviors and how we interact with others. Our name is inspired by the German spelling of “focus” and is a nod to the shared German heritage of our founders, Dr. Lori and Dr. Patrick.
