The Independent Living Resource Center (ILRC) is a public-benefit, nonprofit organization with four offices across the tri-county region of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura. We promote the Independent Living (IL) philosophy, which emphasizes full access, equal opportunity, and self-sufficiency for people with disabilities. Our mission is to provide resources and support to help our consumers navigate physical and societal barriers to independent living. ILRC is committed to helping people achieve maximum success and self-sufficiency.
