About Focused Healthy Family

Focused Healthy Family was founded by Gina and Don Grothoff with the mission of helping parents and families transform behavior and anxiety issues to achieve better parent-child relationships. Gina is an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years of experience who assesses the whole family, including parents and children, to evaluate their environment, nutrition, health, and emotional state. Don holds a certificate from The Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET) and has more than 15 years of training and experience in Emotional Freedom Techniques. Through his coaching, Don works to help people face emotional blocks and challenges. Focused Healthy Family is here to provide the support and resources needed to make lasting improvements in your family life.
