Elaine A. Duncan, M.A.

Elaine A. M.A. is a counseling practice dedicated to providing supportive, non-judgmental services for adults in the general population, the LGTBQ population, and those on the autism spectrum. We offer individual counseling for a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, aging, and relationship problems. For those on the autism spectrum, we provide Asperger’s Syndrome/Autism Spectrum/A.S.D. screening, individual counseling, counseling for couples with a member on the spectrum, and anxiety and depression counseling. We are also certified in EMDR Therapy, which can be used to effectively address recent trauma, complex trauma, phobias, changing habits, addictions and cravings, and dysfunctional beliefs.
