About ECHO

At ECHO, our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential in terms of personal, social, and economic success. We have been providing comprehensive disability employment, vocational training, and community integration services since 1974. Our Leesburg, Virginia facility—as well as on-site services throughout Northern Virginia—offers lifelong support for adults with disabilities including job placement, day support, and transportation. Our services are designed to help individuals become active members of their local community.
