About Disability Services & Legal Center | Santa Rosa

Disability Services & Legal Center (DSLC) is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization based in Santa Rosa, California. We have been providing adults, children, veterans and seniors with disabilities, as well as their families, with essential resources and support since 1976. Our mission is to promote the Independent Living philosophy through education, community partnerships and advocacy. We are proud to be part of the 28 Centers for Independent Living (CIL/ILC) in California, and to continue empowering individuals with disabilities.
