At Communitas, we are dedicated to providing customized support to individuals of all abilities. Our services encompass everything from Family Support and Residential Services to Day Services, Recreational Programs, employment opportunities, and volunteering initiatives. We are proud to serve more than 1,000 families from Everett, Lynn, Lynnfield, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Saugus, Stoneham, Wakefield and surrounding communities. Our mission is to reduce barriers, promote independence, and open up new possibilities for people in our community. Whether you are looking for support for a child, transitioning adult, or older adult, we strive to provide a secure setting and services tailored to each individual’s needs.
