About Canines for Disabled Kids (CDK)

At Canines for Disabled Kids (CDK), we provide the opportunity for children aged 6-18 to find, apply for, and obtain service dogs to help manage a variety of disabilities. Our mission is to empower these children with the assistance of a canine companion, enabling them to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives. Our team of certified trainers and professionals is dedicated to helping young people discover the benefits of service dogs, and we strive to provide the best possible service and care for each individual and their canine friend. We are committed to providing the highest-quality care and training for the dogs and their owners, and our commitment to customer service is unparalleled. With the help of our caring staff and our specially-trained canines, we are proud to help more and more children discover the unique and life-altering effects of service dogs.
