For over 60 years, Black Hills Works has been leading the way in providing quality homes, employment, recreation, and social outlets for adults with disabilities. Our mission is to create a community where everyone is empowered to reach their full potential. We are a person-centered agency, putting the needs of those we support at the forefront of all our decisions and plans. Through education, exposure, and experiences, we help individuals self-direct their lives and provide the necessary supports to attain their goals. Our 600+ members are our top priority and we are committed to helping them reach their highest potential.
