Baystate Family Advocacy Center

At Baystate Family Advocacy Center (BFAC), we are committed to providing culturally sensitive, comprehensive assessment, advocacy and coordination of services to the children, families, and communities of Western Massachusetts affected by child abuse, domestic violence, and/or homicide. As these are all community problems, we collaborate with our community partners to provide these services. Our team is nationally accredited and provides an array of services, such as forensic interviews, child abuse medical assessments, and intake hotline calls, to ensure the best outcomes for children and families in need.
