Established by law in 1966, our nonprofit center was named after Earl C. Andrews – one of the leading citizens of Tyler, TX who made the founding possible. Our center is overseen by a nine-member board of community leaders appointed by the commissioners’ courts of the five counties we serve. We are dedicated to providing quality, accessible mental health services and support to all members of our community.
