Amy Gardner, MS, CEDRD, RYT is the founder and creator of Metrowest Nutrition, LLC, a multi-disciplinary practice dedicated to healing relationships with food and body. Amy is also the author of iMove, Helping Your Clients Heal from Compulsive Exercise, and the creator of the iMoveä program. She has over twenty years of experience in helping people overcome eating and exercise disorders and has been mentoring clinicians in her practice and other clinical settings for almost as long. She holds a bachelor’s in Clinical Nutrition from UNH, a master’s in Clinical Nutrition from NYU, and completed her dietetic internship at the Bronx VA Medical Center in 1999. Amy has worked across all levels of eating disorder treatment including being the Lead Nutritionist at the Klarman Eating Disorder Program, working with adolescents in both residential and partial care settings. Through her experience at Klarman and other programs at McLean Hospital, she has developed a profound understanding of eating disorders and other complex psychiatric illnesses.
