At ALTEC, based in Colmar, Pennsylvania, we provide day services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our services include pre-vocational, supported life skills, an older-adult program and supportive community employment. We believe that every human being, regardless of their level of disability, has basic human rights and the potential for growth and development. We are committed to creating an environment that is positive, caring and hospitable, and aim to provide work/volunteer experiences that occur within an individual’s community alongside non-disabled individuals. As a company, ALTEC values the right of individuals to participate in decisions that affect their lives.
