At Active Day Mansfield, we strive to provide a home away from home for seniors and disabled adults. Our caring and knowledgeable professionals offer adult day health care supervision, therapeutic activities, and rehabilitative therapies to those with chronic conditions such as COPD, stroke, Alzheimer’s, seizures, diabetes, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, hypertension, heart disease, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. Our goal is to create a comfortable, familiar atmosphere and provide health care and support services in a positive, people-focused manner.
