Hello, My name is Dr. Telina Mathews, and I have 17 years of counseling experience and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Supervisor & a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist-Associate in North Carolina. I have experience in the areas of depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, family conflict, self-image, and life changes to name a few. The foundation of my therapeutic process revolves around a combination of therapies including person centered, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy. I enjoy counseling and getting to know individuals as they take on the journey to make changes in their lives.
