I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nashville. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, specializing in mental health, from the University of Southern California. I have worked with individuals who have a variety of physical disabilities and mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders and polysubstance abuse. I also have experience working with LGBT individuals, offering counseling for interpersonal relationship issues and other life stressors including trauma/abuse and stress management. Additionally, I have worked with individuals and couples to attain skills that foster healthy development of peer, romantic partnership, marriage and family relationships. Counseling can be a vital component of a person’s whole health, as it supports understanding of one’s own life experiences that have a direct influence on each person’s continuing journey. My approach to counseling is collaborative. I encourage everyone to consider counseling with a skilled clinician whose experience and therapeutic style is a suitable fit for his or her needs. Through counseling, individuals can gain valuable support and learn tools to manage the daily stressors of life. I enjoy helping my clients navigate their life paths.
