Jessica Lindsey

I am licensed in Oklahoma with 8 years of professional work experience. I am married and am a mother to three beautiful children. When my daughter was 7 months old she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and lost all of her hair. Being her mother has truly opened my previously narrow lens to a new perspective on life. I have learned to adapt to change, advocate for my daughter, and grow as a human being through many challenges we have endured throughout her diagnosis and treatment time. I value life and genuinely care about people. My passion is to help each individual obtain optimal health and happiness. I have years of experience in helping clients manage stress and anxiety, work through depression, & cope with grief and loss. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I realize every persons therapeutic journey will look different and I love using the client centered approach. I am here to support & empower you in your own journey.
