Jerry Boston

I am a licensed therapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW, Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor – LCAC) with over 24 years of experience. My clinical experience and expertise cover a broad range of issues such as (but not limited to) depression, anxiety issues and panic attacks, ADHD, substance issues, grief and loss, attachment issues such as fear of rejection or fear of abandonment, trauma and PTSD. I also have quite a lot of experience working with those who have been emotionally, physically, and/or sexually abused, as well as those who have experienced some form of narcissistic abuse. I have worked with all ages and have had very good therapeutic relationships with men and women. My approach with people in counseling sessions is relaxed, understanding, and empathetic. I do my best to put people at ease and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I also strive to be systematic and thorough. And I try to provide people with tools they can continue to use after the therapy process has been completed. To that end I provide people with handouts, worksheets, and literature that they can have in hand so that they not only have something to study, review, and work on between sessions, but they also have something to keep and refer to as they go forward in life.
