My goal is to provide you with a safe, secure judgment free environment and to assist you in giving voice to the thoughts and feelings which are difficult to realize and give voice to. I am a lifelong learner and am updating my skills through continuing education classes in order to provide you with the most up to date techniques and services. Difficult situations of the past can’t be changed, however, we can work together to improve your personal self-understanding and resolve challenges in your life. Together we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
